Absolutely, yes. The aims of Ferenc Sebő and co were very similar to the mission of the Jew’s harp’s original musical and cultural mission: to re-introduce this ancient musical instrument into folk music, music and to everyday life. The folk dance movement was a fantastic background for this.
With the Wednesday evening performances of the Austrian duo Attwenger, we heard the trump strikingly employed in avant-garde pop music. And with an Albrechtsberger concerto, there was even a bit of written-out art music (not to mention Leo Tadagawa’s playing of the William Tell Overture on a mail coupon).

Could you name the khomus-makers and if it is possible tell about the instruments more detailed. With increasing job prospects for teachers over the next decade, you may want to consider the University’s excellent master’s programs or doctoral program to help you excel in your career as a teacher.
After each visitor the jews harps are disinfected with certified medical equipment that provides full inactivation of all viruses known. When you receive a jews harp by post, we recommend first to slightly wash it with soap and water at least to remove the grease which could remain after long storaging.
